Hey Sweetie, how was your day? I hope it was great! I got to spend the whole day with my wonderful son - just the two of us. I hope all is well with you.
Hey B! My day was good. Went out to lunch with the kiddos, parents, sis and bil. My son was so proud to pull out his money (a 5 and a bazillion wadded up ones : ) ) to pay for my lunch. It was a good day. Of course, got a text from J that said happy Mother's Day. He then texted S and told him to do some housework for me for Mother's Day. Um, yeah, he already took care of it without you... Anyway, hope you and your son had a good day too.

Okay, I have the greatest job in the world. I was out Thursday for court and Friday b/c I was soooo sick for over a week and couldn't talk. Had to go to the doctor and get 3 different meds.
Anyway, when I came back this morning, my kids were so glad to see me, and I even had a couple of gifts waiting for me. One was a bag of cough drops and a diet coke!! lol (I'm always drinking diet coke). These are high poverty kids too, so that just makes my day. I'm very lucky. Have a good one everybody!

Well, really not much going on right now. That's a good thing : ) Kids going with their dad this weekend and I have plans that I'm looking forward to. As much as I miss them, it's nice to have a break. Hopefully, now that it's court ordered, he will be smart enough not to have them around anyone he shouldn't. Baseball still in full swing, last few weeks of school, I'm having fun getting out and living, so over all doing very well.
Hope everyone has a great day.
