SC I havnt posted to you before I was reading a little about your situation IN mt case, I pushed H to file after he inially said he didnt want D he filed we are D It didnt make him SEE anything he is still living with ow and shows no regret Im glad we D b/c it gave me closure I can move forward with no regrets so my suggestion if you want it is dont push ZH to file unless you want it too peace

the problem is that LBS get so scared that WAS will hate them for not rolling over. and, your point is....? what difference does it really make? because they're gone anyway and only a small fraction of a fraction will ever return. even fewer after D.
so make damn good and sure that you don't get shafted again. it just adds to the pain and would be even more demoralizing.
