Have you healed yet? Are you over your husband? In my opinion and alot of others You are not close to being ready to dive into another relationship. It might start out innocent enough, but you could start a fire that you cannot put out.I have been seperated and now divorced for over 19months. I have the same desire to have female companionship, that you have to want to go out with a guy.I fully understand the need and desire. You could do the other person a grave injustice by dating. Just my opinion.

ok guys please calm me dowm here. I cant help it I am MAD. I have been doing so well, I dont have ANY contact with either of them. Today my son went fishing for a week with his father. I never went near the window or anything. I frankly dont want to see his face. I dont want anything to do with him. He can do whatever he pleases with her/ow, its their business, but when she calls MY son her BOY, she crosses the line with me. I want to run her down. IS THIS WRONG? AM I OVERREACTING? She is telling people MY BOYS are going fishing. Shes got my xh and she wants my SON, this is the way I feel. Yes I am upset, I havent cried in soooooo long.
I want to go see her or call her and tell her my son is NOT your boy!!!!!!!!!!!!!
But, there's nothing you can do about what she wants to say.
I'm thinking an 18 year old boy probably isn't thinking of a 26 year old OW as his mom. I rather expect that if he hears it put that way, he might even correct her, or at least shake his head inside. At his age I don't expect that he sees any need for another mother figure. Try not to worry about it.
Anyway, don't say a thing, nothing good can come of it.
dont worry......dont make a big deal....if u do it turns the focus on you...the OW is doing just fine.....it seems she is showing her true colors....dont u think your h and son will notice she is calling him her boy.....and that well may be just the tip of the ice berg.....YES I UNDERSTAND YORU FRUSTRATION...but let it go....SHE WILL DO FINE WITH MAKING A MESS OUT OF THIS...if u get involved they will turn the focus on you....do u see the point....either which way u will gain NOTHING by saying ANYTHING...trust me in side SHE IS NOT YOU TO YOUR SON...EVEN ON THE DAY HE IS THE MADDEST AT YOU...SHE WILL NEVER REPLACE YOU....THE SHINE WILL WEAR OFF....SIT BACK AND GIVE IT TIME...TIME IS ON YOUR SIDE...IF YOU FOCUS ON YOU AND YOUR GROWTH AND ACTIONS
Do not waste your breath, take a deep breath. Let it go, it is ok to be angry, just don't act upon it.

These 'people' who keep on telling you this [censored] are not your friends. These 'people' are not your friends. These 'people' are scum bags who are enjoying seeing you twist in the wind and these 'people' are small minded gossip mongers with nothing better to do then gut you with these juicy bits of information.
The sad thing is...you let them do it.
