Sorry I didn't get a chance to get on until later in the day.

Well,

I'm going in to my lawyers office tomorrow to sign the final paperwork.

I have mixed feeings I guess. On one hand it's sad, on the other (I feel guilty for saying this) I'm a little excited I guess for lack of a better word. I think it is because I'm no longer in the middle of this crap and that I'm not used to what it feels like to truly be away from it. I'm looking forward to having fun this summer.

I don't think it is as much excitement as it is the feeling of relief. It is the closure you need to take the next step of your life.




Thats ok, I got everything taken care of. I caught Jeanette when she had a free moment and she helped me out. Thank you anyway.

I don't know really, it's strange. It doesn't really feel like relief. It feels more like excitement or anticipation or something. Freedom!!! I'm planning a fun and hopefully productive weekend. Looking forward to it.

Hey T, I am glad for you that you are feeling some excitement about the possibilities for your future. And probably some relief. I think you are going to be feeling all kinds of emotions when you least expect it for quite some time.

Just a quick update.

I wasn't able to sign the decree. Her lawyer has left a couple of things out. Sooo, now we wait for the court transcripts and then ask that they be included. I'm sure the lawyers love this....more $$$$.

I don't know how much I'm going to be able to be on the board right now. My dad and stepmom are traveling on this crazy train too. He has had it pretty rough this past month. She moved out a month or two before Miss G did.

He opened up to me this morning. He said he didn't want to bother me because he knew I was going through a lot.

I feel with things starting to settle down a bit for me that I really need to be there for him. I'll still be dropping in from time to time, but I need to help him right now. I did give him the DR book. I will be talking with him again tonight.
