WILD!!!! I had no idea. Honestly, I was pretty relieved that my xh's OW had to have a hysterectomy last June just so I wouldn't have to go through all of that extra trauma.

Hey all who remember me:

I was on the board at the request of a friend and thought i would at least update what's going on.

The W has been spending a lot of time with the kids since I've been really busy with work travel. She has been staying over at the house. Her R with OM has fizzled out and she now wants to work on the M. Her open honesty has been refreshing; but I'm leery that it is only to win favor for me. I'm not certain that it is a wholesale change in her behavior. I told her that I do not want to save the M. Mainly because of her "love child" and all the damage that was done. Also, I'm happy with myself and my life right now.

A friend of mine sent me a link to forgiveness and watching for repentance. It was the story of Jacob sold into slavery and while he was Pharaoh he never let on to his brothers who he was. He consistently watched his brothers before he let them back into his life. So I'm doing with my W; I still want the divorce. She needs to learn how to live without a man in her life. She needs to learn how to provide for herself.

If sometime down the road; provided that I haven't found another person, I might entertain the idea of us trying again. But only if she's healed and wants to be together; not needing to be together.

We are getting along great. We are very candid with each other. She readily accepts her fault in this and the communication is very open. All of this is refreshing for our R; as it will benefit the kids.
