I am in shock, Laughing. Isn't it time to move to CA? You said a long time ago that you could get a better job there. The laws may be more in your favour too.

Another thing ... could someone in the media investigate this sitch? There definitely seems to be something fishy going on.

((((hugs)))))

This was my thought exactly. Do you have appeal courts ? It is so hard to work out your laws as they vary from state to stae it seems to me.
Hang on, we are all praying and hoping the light ata the end of the tunnel shows up soon.

MY HOUSE PASSED COURT INSPECTION!!!!!

I knew the cleanliness wasn't going to be an issue, but I was worried about the age of the house, the wood floors, and the things I haven't finished yet, like two ceiling lights that need to be replaced. Also, Dick has made a big deal about the dogs... I haven't heard the whole story yet, but I believe he is trying to sell his daughter has severe allergies... and this isn't completely true.. she has spring allergies, which generally aren't problem, until she is running (track) and it's windy... it's usually the wind from the south that gives her a raspy sound when she breathes, and the Doctor has given her an inhaler to use if and when she has a problem. As soon the blooming season is over, so are her allergies. I'd almost bet this is the reason....

My attorney will take the court inspection to the Judge as soon as she gets it.... then I have the kids one night a week. I'm sure Dick will follow through and request continued inspections for as long as he can get away with it. Although, on the surface it may be a pain in the arse, it may lead to bringing out the truth.... well, that's how I'm gonna look at it, until I learn different.

I'm relieved this part is over for now.

Thanks for all your help and support, it does mean so much to me.

As for contacting the media, I don't know.... I could possibly obtain some resolve to this situation, but then again, I'm worried this case could take another leg, and continue for a long time to come. I just want it over with, and the sooner the better.

I will move to Cali IF my children move in with their Father. I know the court system in Cali is a whole lot different than this one horse town, as I'm pretty confident my rights would be upheld there too. I just don't think the Judge wants that to happen...

Take care

Funny in a seriously dark sort of way...just how many people here would benefit from a Stranger's on a Train situation?

Jack,

Just the other night, we were talking about the stranger on the train at work.... LOL, it's funny to see you say something now. We had a few giggles at work also, but realized eventually karma would find it's way around too.

Until my kids are back home, Between Tears will remain.... but you can call me anything you want.... just call ;\)

The kids hate what their Father is doing, and sometimes this hate creeps into the way they think they feel about him. I am working with them to separate his actions from the person... it's not easy, to say the least, they are so hurt and angry now. In the big picture, Dick is really hurting himself, for the chance of having a good relationship with any of his children is becoming slim to none.... but I'm sure you already knew that.
