Hey everyone. Thanks for posting the last few days. I have been AWOL from the board for a bit in terms of posting but have been flying by.

(((Wdid))), (((kat))), (((S&S))), (((Tawnya))), H4H and Puppy, thanks for keeping tabs on me. I am definitely in an up and down phase right now.

Had a second stint with my kids Fri amd Sat and had a blast. Yesterday I was without them but seemed to be busier than when I was with them for some reason.

Mediation meeting #2 was Friday. Got into the financial stuff with W doing a lot of "poor me" card playing. Doesn't understand why I just don't go back to putting all my pay into an account she has access to. I should be a nice guy and do that right? NOT!

Not too much accomplished other than a reality check that lifestyle will change dramatically. W keeps nodding head like she totally understands, but looks more to me like a "lights are on but nobody's home" look.

Oh well, another week. Here we go.

I need an earphone when in these sessions - that is an audible I could have made great use of!

When she says something that's just so incredible that you can't think of a response (and there are usually MULTIPLE instances of these), just say something like:

"Wow." (staring at her, shaking your head). "Unbelievable."

or

"Amazing. Really."

or, if you're feeling kinder,

"I'm sorry you feel that way. But I haven't changed my mind about anything."

or

"I really don't feel like discussing this right now."

I like that!

Yeah, because Oh My God, you are totally insane! is usually pretty counter productive.

It would be nice to have PDT in our ear at those opportune moments wouldn't it?? Puppy..you could rent yourself out (however, I know that if I had you in my ear, instead of telling me something "tough" to say, you'd be all like "I'm Denny Crane" LOL)
