Oh I know that Jack.

I have read all of this before when I was trying to save my marriage, however since JA is in mlc or whatever, it didn't work.

BUT, I now know better for my next R and know what and what not to do.

My Husband came back from his business trip.

It's always an adjustment period when he gets home again for both of us.

He likes to swoop right back into his role and I need time for things to settle back to normalcy again.

I think he tries to overcompensate for his absence, and it drives me nuts, especially when things were running smoothly during his absence.

Apart from that, things are OK....

Piecing and plodding along....

Guess we are still a work in progress!

Do you feel a bit of resentment that H comes in to reassert himself into a head position that you fill just fine in his absence?
Does he know how you feel?

I had to laugh at your post. I hope that things are settling down again.

Take care.

Things are good....

I have joined the local gym with my friend. We are working hard at getting ourselves ready for the Summer.

Yesterday I took a Latin dance class, I am so uncoordinated !!

Things at home are settling down again. I did try to have a little talk with my Husband about my feelings, but he doesn't get it.

He doesn't understand what it's like for the rest of the family each time he comes home from a business trip.

So, hopefully we will work a little better on communication before he goes away again.

The weather has warmed up a bit, and the ice is melting, but I understand that there is another storm brewing.

(((((((((((hugs)))))))))))))

sending you (((((((hugs))))))))

Funny, how we imagine reconciliation to be rose colored ! I think THAT is when the hard part comes, when we have to overcome all the obstacles together again...I so admire those of you who are doing that ! I think I feel safe, in not having to deal with H or any other man in my life right now...it has made life easier....

Anyway, I have great admiration for you !

You are braver than I am. I don't even do this behind closed doors. My dancing is like the 3 stooges...all in 1!!
