I've had my moments today. A panic attack earlier but it was gone almost as soon as it started. Really having trouble keeping focused today, hard to be at work, but don't know where I else I would want to be. Only got five hours sleep and have been up since about 3:00 I guess. Maybe that is the problem. I have DC group tonight and we are furthering our discussion on anger. Mostly I am just hurting for my kids.

I did get sleep. Stayed up until I was so tired I could barely get upstairs and then woke up at 5:00 and of course it was the first thing on my mind. Shared what has happened at my group last night and that was tough. Forcing myself to make progress on as much as I can today.
