I just rec'd an email from an "acquaintance" whose daughter has babysat for us. I emailed the dad regarding her babysitting and got an email back from the mom & she told me that the dad had left them quite awhile ago & was living w/ someone else up North.
Oh, I just hate that !!!! Why does this happen so frequently?? Why do people just think you can decide "oh I like her (or him) better so I'm just going to up & leave my family." What is up w/ that!!?? They have about 4 or 5 kids and some of them were pretty young and then a daughter in high school!

Feeling better than I was in my post a few days ago. Things are still so very hectic constantly at our house, with 3 baskets of laundry needing to be folded and so very much more laundry needing to be done, but I'm trying not to get so stressed about it all The kitchen is clean, does that count?

As long as my kitchen is cleaned, I am thrilled! I have become protective of it, too. I threaten the kids with bodily injury of they do anything to dirty my kitchen. I need to clean, but still scrambling on school. too much stuff going on and I fell behind. One professor is being great the other one is not.
I have heard about "Twilight", but not read them yet. I guess I need to check those out.
The one actor for that is on People's Sexiest Men of 2008 list. I was thrilled cause Hugh Jackman was THE sexiest man of 2008--YUMMY! I like him even better than Christian Bale--He is the reason I watch the X-Men movies!!

Hey, guys. Just checking in. H is TDY again, but just for a week.
Things are going very well. This is the first time he's been gone since our fiasco, and I have no issue w/ him cheating or not. I know he won't & that's it.
I may need to go over to SSM; having some issues in that area, but that's about it.

Just updating, journaling, allowing everyone to know that there is hope & a beautiful pot of gold at the end of the rainbow!
H and I are doing really great. I honestly don't ever worry about the cheating issue. I honestly don't really ever think about the whole D bomb thing at all.
I have to remind myself a lot not to take anything for granted. I honestly still have days where I don't even really "like" my H, but I remind myself how much WORK an M really is and I make sure that I'm doing my part.
It's like you totally forget about all the bad and things start going back to exactly how they were before the Bomb and you have to constantly remind yourself that you need to keep the changes you made going and not backslide into the "old."
Ok, I'm rambling, but I just needed to get on here and let people know that "IT" can happen -- you know, your H realizes that he still does love you and wants to stay married and you live happily ever after, but with a renewed idea of what marriage is and that you can't just take it for granted.

It feels so great to emhasize the Mrs part by putting it in there. This is sensational. Keep everything fresh. Such an awesome thing from the Lord for you & H and the boys.
