Easy big fella

so an update..

I'm counting down the hours now..just a few more until I'm locked in a car with a beautiful woman, for 2 hours. Hopefully the concert will be great. Then I get to get back in the car with a beautiful woman for a 2 hour ride back home.
It's a real plus to me that the beautiful woman is genuinely excited about being with me. It has the makings of a great time..

on the divorce front I recieved a call from the lawyers handling Kim's closing/refinancing of the house. They ask me to stop by their offices either today or tomorrow to sign a quitclaim deed for the house and property. We are just about untangled it appears..just a matter of a few days now..

Have a wonderful time at the concert Mike! I'm sure the 4 hours in the car will make for some great convo.

Wow..what a night. What a concert. What a drive. Now I'm tired of course and grinding out another work day. So I left work a little early yesterday to try and get a nap before picking up MHS38 for the concert..I had only gotten about 3.5 hours sleep the night before..I go home, lay down..and no sleep..I get up, drive over and pick her up..and my gosh was she dressed nice. Wow, she looked really good, amazing. She gets in the car and tells me that her kids werre just a little miffed that I had taken their mother from them for the night..she has 2 boys and a girl..11,8,5..

Off we go to the concert..the conversation very nice..at times flirty and racy..lots of hand holding and gentle touches..it was nice, very relaxed, very comfortable. I long drive..about 2 hours. It was lots of fun. I enjoyed the conversation, as she did too..

We get to Pikeville..free parking..yeah!! walk over to the expo center which was very nice and well built..and immediately noticed that the place in no way was going to sell out..we got to our seats and spent parts of the night seat hopping our way closer to the stage..security ran us out fo a few seats but we did end up pretty close.. American Bang, then Switchfoot, then 3 Doors Down..it was great..lots of cuddling, hand holding, and some slow dancing for us..concert started about 6:30..over by 10:30..when we got out of the concert I decided to buy her boys shirts for the concert, in exchange for them letting me take their mother to the concert for the night..she gave them the shirts this morning and they wore them to school..they told her to tell me I was "cool".

one more thing about her sons..11, 8..both were sort of upset she was going last night..the 8 yr old more than the 11..anyway after the concert we get in the car and she calls them to tell them goodnight..she talks to the 11 year on the speakerphone so I can hear..He said, "mom did you have a good time?" she tell s him "yes" it was awesome..his response.."i'm glad you had a good time, you deserve it"..to me that speaks volumes about this child..she told him she was "so proud" of him for saying that..he is much wiser than his 11 years..

so I get her home..about 12:45...walk her to the door..and a kiss good night..then I'm back to my place..another 30 minute drive ..stagger in, set the alarm, hit the bed...fighting a cold and sore throat this morning..back to the grind..

don't know when I'll get to see MHS38 again..she has her kids this weekend and I don't have Caleigh..we will see..

I'm sending her flowers this morning I think..to her business..just to make her day.

I go to the lawyers office today to sign the quit claim deed on Kim's house and property..then rest at my house..

You da man Mike! What an awesome night out and it sounds like you two enjoyed each other's company quite a bit.

Sending flowers the day after is such a wonderful touch. Very sweet and I'm sure they will be VERY well received.
