So, how does the paternity thing work? Does the doctor (or the hospital) know that your H wants it done? When administration comes into the room to go over the birth certificate info, is H going to be put down as the father? How does it all work? I'm curious , and I'm thinking of ya, girl.

Well when it was brought up a month or so ago at the Dr's office he started talking about "What if the results aren't what you want, will this baby be any less loved?" He went off on a personal tirade so the bottom line is, H will have to get a test on his own later. H has "said" that he will not be signing the "Voluntary Declaration of Paternity" and I'm not sure about the birth certificate. I do know that a birth certificate can be ammended later, but since he has become so damn wishy-washy, who knows what hes going to do.

Thanks, I'm just trying to keep myself busy and not think about it. I should be doing homework, but I'm not...as we see! LOL!

Not helpful, but I'd just like to take the day off and go somewhere and get blind drunk. Woulnd't change anything but it seems like a much better alternative to sitting here and thinking about it.

H called a little while ago because we were supposed to meet and sign some documents today and obviously thats not going to happen. So apparently she is at 4cm and has had an epidural. I'm feeling evil today...
