I'm feeling philosophical this evening. Who knows, maybe it's the cigar, or maybe it's the Shiraz talking. But if you could ask me ONE QUESTION from my sitch, what would it be?

Puppy

Puppy, the one question... that's a toughie.

Ok, what was the single most important thing that you feel turned your sitch in the right direction?

That's easy:

INSIST THAT MY WIFE TELL THE TRUTH, TO ME, TO OUR DAUGHTERS AND TO HER PARENTS. Once she ended the deceit, the affair quickly unravelled.

Apparently your wife has shame that mine lacks.

She finally admitted to OM to me and her parents (after being presented with SOME of the proof from my PI), but still insists that "An EA isn't cheating".

/sigh.

And rather than the last few posts, I wanted to copy the prayer that my son wrote:

Well, it has started...

Me: I am going to pick up S13
W: I really don't care what you do
Me: ok but I thought I would tell you anyway
W: I don't know how you can look yourself in the mirror. You are one sick puppy.
Me: No, I am just interested in the truth.

With that I did have to leave to go and get S13 or I would be late. Mad? You bet she was.

"There's a bad moon rising..."

I had to play her audio recordings of her and OM, making out in her car. At one point, he says "You're such a slut," . . . and on the recording, she LIKES it. But when she was forced to listen to it, she insisted it wasn't her at first, and then, horrified, said "What did he just say???!"

I swear to God, it was like she was listening to another person!

She made me shut it off, as it was making her physically ill.

For those of you that have not linked through PDT Chocolateeyes thread, it is a long read and well worth the time. He had good mentors and his own struggles, just glad he is passing on the knowledge that he gained. Philosophical, maybe the beer and cigs that made me post this.

Everyone is different and the sitch though similiar has different personalities and nuances in it. I hope you find your solution and get the happiness that you deserve.

Thanks for stopping by Yenko. True that every sitch is different, yet so many similarities throughout.

More weird chit tonight. I get back from picking up S13 and go to iron a shirt for the morning. W calls me into the front room.

W: what did you mean by your comment as you left?
Me: meant I am dealing in the truth. I am tired of the lies and deceit and simply want to deal with the truth.

W: so what are you going to do about it?

Me: I told you - deal with the truth and only the truth

W: so what does that mean? Are you going to file for D?

Me: no W, I told you that is not what I want and will not do that.

W: ok whatever. Your thought process is the only right one as usual. Do you need to hack my e-mail account to do that?

Me: sorry you feel that way. I have not hacked anything. Just want the truth.

W: I have proof of you hacking it. Whatever.

So ended a most bizarre convo. I have never hacked - never needed to. Not sure what the purpose of this convo was. Sounded like a baiting game to me as well as a fishing expeditition.

Oh well, bed time soo. Think I will lie in my own bed and watch TV!
