I had every intention of going to the library yesterday, but then my mom called and volunteered me to help move my uncle into his new place. I found out our library doesn't really condone uploading the pics since you have to reboot the computer and all that and they say it'll mess up their system. I'll probably try the new library they just built and see if they have the same policies. I was going to upload today at work, but my work computer doesn't even have the outlet to put in the USB cable. Grrr!

Chicago is very exstatic for our new President! What a booming place it was here last night! D is so cute too. She was hoping it would be Obama. This morning she woke up and said "no the rules can be changed for America. Maybe he'll make all the dad's stayed married to the moms." If only it were that easy to grant her her wish!

Was that a campaign promise???????? If it would have been I wonder if he would have still won? Unfortunately I bet there is a majority that would not vote for that!

Just checking in on you. Yep--Chicago looked pretty lively lastnight.

Grant Park had about 8000 people there by 5pm! It was nuts!! I don't do crowds like that. I don't go to the Taste of Chicago because I don't want to be around 1mm sweaty people in July and blow a bunch of money on local food.

WCW, I bet it would've been alot closer if that was a campaign promise. The LBS would be all over that chit and the WAS would run the opposite way (as usual!)!

I forgot to post this earlier and just remember while driving out to get lunch...

The other night when H dropped D back home, he was writing me a check and looking for a pen in his visor. He has pics from our wedding there and our twins birth/death announcement. He has always had them there to look at us back then. I just wonder why he still has them there.

FG that is so cute from your D. I know my D4 is so proud of her daddy. She says things like my daddy says..... and listen's to him to intently.

I was leaving daycare and heard this other mom say to her son, Let's go home and see daddy". Made me sad, no daddy in our home consistently to go home to.

It's amazing how all the little stuff affects you!
