Thank you for your feedback. I have found a Dinner curse with dinner, dancing and wine. I think I will wait on that for maybe the holidays.

I have found that if I give her something new, but something she likes. It is hard but I haven't given her anything that would reminder her of the old R. These example may sound stupid and silly, but I have given her two boxes of malted milk balls candy. She like them. I sent her 6 boxes of her favorite oatmeal that she could not find in the stores. I found them on the net and had them mailed to her. She like the way the hotels fold their toilet paper for the guests. I sent her a roll folded in the same way. I sent her a funny card.

These are things that I knew would make her smile and think of the good things. She really likes me in my leathers. I think it turn her on. I offered to get a pair of leather paints.

You have to do what you have to do with school. Don't stop. Don't tire yourself out. Stay on an even keel; don't let your sail flutter in the wind.

You have a few pars yourself. We may shoot par on this course yet.

VS~ I dropped one of the three classes today. I talked to the dept. chair, she agreed there is too much on my plate right now. I was honest with her and told her what was going on at home. She was very kind and compassionate. She felt my grades may suffer if I tried doing all three classes at the excelled pace of the program. She gave good advice, don't stop school, if it is your goal, just go at a slower pace; you will get there (graduate) it will just take a little longer. I am ok with the decision as I am overwhelmed already and was a week behind due to the fact I had missed one class.

The holiday dinner cruise sounds nice. What part of TX are you from? I have family in Corpus and Houston...just being nosey!! I think it's a girlee thing to like the way hotels do things...I love the little bottles of shampoo and hand lotions they give out...crazy i know...it's just my thing!! I think it's great you sent her cookies and t-p!! the t-p idea had me lmao!!!!

No word tonight from H....he said he was going to talk to his L and get back with me. I know he has a lot on his mind, especially since one of his dogs ran away. I just wish I knew what the plan was. He said last nite when we talked he was going to talk to his L today and get back with me. I am a little anxious because he said he would not go to another MC session unless paper work was signed....I told him I could take care of it, since he had a lot going on....I don't want to be a control freak and just take charge, especially when he says he will do it...but I also feel as if he has a lot on his plate as well. I just want to ensure he will be at next session. Does that make sense? I really do not want to get L's involved...but I want him to be comfortable...so whatever it takes!

It's about time we start shooting closer to par. considering over the last two years i've been about a million over par!!! LOL!!! still don't think i'm shooting exactly par, but getting closer!!! maybe down to a 10 or 20 over!!! My baby steps are helping my swing!!! believe it or not the only golf i play is on my Wii!!!! lol!!! or put-put!!

I just have to tell someone. I had a great day and early evening. W agreed to have dinner with me tonight. We meet a new place. She loves the food and we had a great conversation about each other's day. It was raining when the left and we walk under the same umbrella. As we walked I put my arm around her and she move closer. After we went our separate ways it started to rain really badly. Could hardly see the road. I called her and left a message on her voice mail. I asked if she had made home all right and that I was concerned about her driving in the rain. She called back to let me know that she had gotten back to her appt. OK. I told her that I really enjoyed dinner and maybe we can do it again. She said that she had a good time and we will do it again. She thank me and told me that she appreciated me calling and checking on her.

It is amazing how little things like a dinner together and a short 1 one minute conversation on the phone will make you feel sooo good. A year ago I would not have thought anything about a dinner like this. Now it makes feel really good. Especially when W enjoyed it as well.

I agree with your teacher, DO NOT quit. Going to school is like jumping into a cold swimming pool. The water is cold at first, but it gets better the longer you stay in the water. If you get out and you want to go back you have to get cold all over again. It is better to keep at leasted one foot in the water until you can make adjustments. I know this sounds dumb, but it is true. Stay with the program!!! You have earned to stay in the pool.

i've worked some extra, went out with friends last nite. It's been a hectic week! I am wondering if H will show up to C...still don't have any papers??? He (H) said he was going to take care of the paper work...so I am uneasy because I don't know what is going to happen. Is he going to show up...is he going to show up with papers....what is going on. I tried to text him on our anniv. which was the 23rd...and nothing. I want to call and remind him that we have C appt...but then again, I don't want to be a "mother" either....aarrrrrgggghhhhh....I'm just flustered!!!!

You are doing just FINE. Frustration comes with the territory. You were worried about him not showing up to the first visit and he did. What has changed in your mind that makes you think he will not show up this time? I know how you must feel about not getting anything back to text message on your A. That has to hurt a bit. This is just another low spot on the rollercoaster. You will have a high spot soon!

I have not worn a wedding band for years. The reasons are not as important as it is that I haven't worn it. When W dropped the bomb on me I looked everywhere for my ring. I could not find it anywhere. Friday I went and bought another one that looks like the one I had. W still wears her wedding band. I thought wearing my wedding band again would show her that I am committed to our new R/M. This could be defend as a 180 and action rather than words.

Breaking News!!! I just got an email from W asking me if I would like to go with her to our grandson's football game. She asked me!!! This is the first time she has asked me to do something with her for 5 months. Would this count as a step forward?
