That is great news that your son is almost home! I hope your w forgets her freakin list and just enjoys her son. Because really, is your son going to care if the porch is swept or whatever it was that she wanted you to do.
I mean I understand that she would like some things done, but rushing to get those kinds of things done for someone who has been where he has, just doesnt make sense. But thats just me.
I think the list isn't so much for S20, as it is for his girlfriend, who will be coming in next week. At this point I am going to do what I think should be done, and not worry about it.

You know what I would do? I would hire a cleaning lady for a few hours that your W is away, get the house really neat and watch her reaction when she returns... It would be worth the money, I am sure...
