NO, not at all. I never meant to insinuate that at all. They just hate to be pressured about anything and will do something in their own way and in their own time. My h told me this two years ago as well.

What I edited was something that I found interesting in general and it was something I had always thought to be true.
In this book, it says that if we withhold intimacy from our spouses (separated or not), chances are that they have a very good chance at seeking it elsewhere.

I sometimes wish I knew for sure if he has OW. I believe he does, especially with the comment yesterday about having to get away from the people in the city, but I don't want to know at the same time.
Just let it be, FG. Let him do what he has to do. He sounds as if he wants to work on things and he can only do that on his own and with the help of his C.

I forgot about this until just now......H also helped D with her homework yesterday. I had to laugh when I checked it after we went in the house (after H left and we got off the phone) because the homework was about family and being a responsible person! The Lord has a sense of humor for sure! lol
FG I know how you are feeling, but NO pressure. Your h is feeling like anything he does is NOT good enough. My h went through this. That is WHY it is so essential to back off.
Remember what I said, admiration, respect and appreciation for your h every time you speak to him.
Thank him for putting the money in your account that is huge. He is thinking of you even if it's in small ways.
Forget the R talks for now, they will not bring your h home.

Tonight h told me that he feels he cannot do any good in the eyes of God and that some things are too broken to be fixed. I just sat there and listened. He did not say we were broken, he was just talking in general.
