I really don't know if anything will come of it. He is dating someone right now. I think it was different because I know this person, the actual possibility of something happening is very real. I had feelings when I flirted before(thanks g and lodo) but I think this was different because of that.

Right now I think we will just maybe get acquainted again via email. It might be too hot in person!

Just have fun with it, kat.

So, what were you saying about not puting something as one of your goals? What was it......?

Something to rethink, maybe? \:\)

OK, I just used e-mail instead! Nothing like having easy access to one's words so that we can stew in them later! I still can't believe 3.5 hours!!

I'm sure I already have!! Long day today. I did some political hanging on the highway with political poster stuff today. Went to the L for 2 hours. H wants to up when he sees the kids and wanted to take them Thursday night to Saturday, and on Friday they would have been in his apt. while he was at work. So my L said we should stick to the agreement we already worked out 4 or 5 months ago (10 hrs. a week). I emailed H to let him know and he sounds pissed. Are you telling me I can only see them on our agreed upon times. I just repeated what my L said that we should keep it as we agreed until she will schedule a temp hearing. I'm stressed b/c H is going to be here in a few to "see the kids". Karen

Karen,

Try to keep your cool. I understand the stress level you must be feeling, but try not to let it control how you act. If he asks why you said what you did earlier re the K's and visitation, repeat what you said. Blame the L - that's one of the reasons they get paid!

Deep breath... and again... hopefully that feels a little better.

You are going to do fine. I know FH asked for another day after he thought up this thing and I said no, kids are having a hard enough time as it is.

Just politely but firmly stick to your guys unless he is saying he is taking every Friday off to home school them!

The wife and I have told each other that we wouldn't keep each other from the kids. If I want to see them, I can. Vice versa. If she wants to see them, she can. If something comes up, like a party or something, then I believe that we can be flexible.

Of course, we have just started this journey of separation. So far, she has kept her word. Same for me, like when D6 wanted to go back home with her on Sunday, I let her.

So far things are working out as far as the kids. For the most part at least.

I guess if she were to be acting like a biatch most of the time, it would be easier to stick to something. Your H's usually are acting like ass's anyway. Makes it easier I reckon.
