Not much to say. Went to dinner w/ the girls last night to a new place, a Fondue place --it was delish! and very nice... Nothing like melted chocolate to dip your strawberrys and cheescake in ! mmmm mmm Diet?? what diet??

S informed me its next weekend he and his dad are leaving for Boston. I do hope they have fun, we loved our trip back there 8 yrs ago, always wanted to visit again, and maybe I will, Bethie??

Well hope everyone has a nice weekend, B will be here tomorrow, no big plans- its starting to look a lil like fall!! well CA fall, which means no heatwave and dippin below 80! yeah! never know tho, Sept is one hot month usually.

Well what do you know the weather peoples were WRONG , gosh that never happens!
Its beautiful today! Went out for B.fast w/ my gf C and we stood outside for close to an hour talking, its maybe 80 at the most, puffy white clouds and breezy, too funny how can they be 20 degrees off?? lol

Ok heres something that sometimes gets me frustrated, My mom said today she dosnt trust ex,( no brainer there)
why is he taking Ry to Boston? she asks.

I figured and said it was bonding time, now hes got some time to concentrate on his kid that chickie is out of the pic.-- for the most part- and before another chickie slides in-- she said ----, and this is soooo my mother lol.....
he may be trying to get Ry to like Boston ( which he does already) so that maybe ex will move back there and R will go too
, R will be closer to his GF ( whos in NY, if you can call that a gf!) and he can go to law school there.

I said wellllll Ry isnt one to pack up and move someplace for HIS DAD --but a girl? maybe,if ts for a girl, I have to deal, thats whats happens w/ sons, but I really doubt ex is doing that. Hes just hanging out w/ R I think. Odd yes, but hes odd so there ya go.

I think my mom sits and thinks too much lol

When we went, the short 3 day trip it was, and we spent only 3 hrs of that actually IN Boston, the rest was in ex hometown 30 mins away- it was the summer before he left and he was acting, well 'unfriendly' to say the least.

B is from NH and has family there and wants us to go back to visit some day soon I said IF we can stop over in Beantown!

New Hampshire is beautiful. That's where my cottage is on the 1" piece of shoreline that NH is on. Haha! Actually that's where I was when I went to New England a couple of weeks ago. You'll love it. Oh and don't worry, we're not talkin' Cali here, NE states are tiny which makes traveling from one state to another very doable.

Oh I know about east coast states, I have a frieind who lives in CT, Groton onc he told me he was in 3 states in one day and was still home for dinner lol

B is from Lincoln, but lived in Woodstock and Loom Mt. Do you know where that is? He has aunts/uncles still there. He moved to CA when he was 6, so long time ago but use to go back once a year until his folks died.
I would LOVE to see NH in the fall, Ex use to promise me we'd go some day. Well I still wanna! lol

Nice to hear from you!
I sure would love to get in an RV and see the sights, I've been to most of the west coast states on family trips, and Mass. oh and Mexico and England lol but it would be fun to see all these places you hear about.

Well retierment is only......... ummm 10 yrs away?? lol arrghh

but in the meantime, I am excited just 2 weeks till our up north trip to the coast, sadly no wedding to attend, and B just booked our yearly trip to Solvang at the holidays. So I am excited! Now to juggle a job in there! lol
