I guess you could invite him in a casual way something like...

"D and I are going to the company's end of Summer football game and tailgate party. We were wondering if you'd like to go along with us?"

If you decide to invite him you need to give him at least a weeks notice.

I have thought about it, and I know he needs to pick up money for the insurance this week. I figured I would see how that went and kind of mention it as almost an afterthought, just something that is going on and would he like to go.


Im still standin better than I ever did looking like a true survivor feeling like a little kid Im still standin after all this time and Im picking up the pieces of my life without you on my mind..
