Okay, I must confess.. I have been slacking in my house preparations today. I had a bunch of stuff I had to do and I've done very little.. having difficulty motivating myself to clean the floors, vacuum, dust and do some laundry.
Can someone please give me a quick 2 x 4 so I'll get my ass in gear?
W2G, I'll send you some "get to work" vibes. I'm busy doing the same thing although I'm not selling the house. I'm having people over this weekend for a BBQ and have to get my place back in order. No time to post just work, work, work!!!

I can't give you much of a 2X4 about the house cleaning because I'm in a bit of a rut with mine too. But you know you need to do for this open house so DO IT!!

The house is nearly ready... just some final touches.. I'm so nervous. I guess it's just because I've never done this kind of thing before. This is my first property.. I was always a renter before.
Here's to hoping for a really great turnout and a handful of interested people.. and then a super big hope that one of them makes a fantastic offer!

Ohh.. an open house.. what fun!!! What are you going to be doing during it to keep you and your daughter occupied? This might be a great time for her daddy to have some alone time with her and you get some alone time for you! After all, you've been working like crazy and taking care of a little girl at the same time. That always sounds like a nice motivation.
Have I ever told you what an inspiration you are to me? I'll be going around doing stuff, at times incredibly fearful. Then you'll pop in my head and I'll think... "Hey! Whey is doing this that and the other thing. C'mon Gyspy.. give it a try too!" It's the honest truth!
So have a great day. Remember, big plastic tubs with lids hide a multitude of sins.. and you wouldn't believe how much you can fit into them too!
