The hard part about triggers is that we never know what it is that may set us off. Progress is how often and for how long they affect us....bet you've noticed that they are much fewer and far between, and not as deep, yes...?

I think we have all proven that of ourselves! Sometimes I look back and say, Wow, was that ME? Did I really want to jump off the planet?

That's a great thing that we have found ourselves stronger. After all, that's part of moving forward. Not always easy but I believe we are the better for it on that level.
