Oh YIPPEE L2!

On cats suggestion I signed up for a class that starts the middle of the month. There is no way out since I talked everybody into taking it. This is all cats fault!

L2 !

Yay good for you.

I find it does tone and wake up all sorts of body parts that have been dormant. ;\)

I am obsessed with it actually I went early this morning. Before work.

I like to take different dancing classes rather than be in the gym, I get bored.

Yes I have lost weight from it, and most of all inches before it I took Tango and that helped too.

My teacher is younger than me too, flat stomach.

The jealousy revs me up even more \:\)

L2 keep us posted!

muah ha ha, my plan is working just right, drag everyone into zumba madness >: )
tee hee, dance baby, dance!!!

I am really thinking about becoming a certified zumba instructor, specially after last week. I tried the zumba class at my gym (I always go to a studio for zumba) and the so call instructor there was awful!! barely moved, moves were boring, I could've so done better than her.
Anyways, keep having fun chickies \:\)

Oh I remember those! Up to 6 years ago or so I had one even 3 kids later! Now my sand has sunk to the middle.
I HATE my tum, really even thought of lipo, everyone laughs cos I only weigh just under 9 stone and 5ft 4. If I had the lipo they could put it were its most needed-up a bit.
Would Zumba be suitable for the more mature lady? I do yoga and jazz jive classes but no actual exercise class.

If you want rid of the belly, cut fats and sugars, up protiens and do 30-45 min. of brisk cardio 5 days a week i.e. treadmill, walking, cross trainer. I've lost 60 pounds and I look better than most men half my age! LOL No concieted, just proud! btw.... I just turned 21! LOL

I have a good diet, well mabe could cut some fats(I adore butter on things like new potatoes, toast and scones).
But the thought of all that exercise -yuck- I was hoping with the zumba I wouldn't need to do that!
Actually I was always told to do sit-ups. stomach crunches for muscle tone.
I am only a size 10 (UK size) and really don't want to lose weight. I think as you age you look better a little heavier. You can look scraggy if too thin.
Thanks for the advice tho.

Hiya Naej, I think it can be done at any age. YOu can slow down the moves. Jazz Jive? That sounds fun.

And we need some room in the belly for the paella! \:\)
