Originally our first court date was March, then H said his L obviusly couldn't work with mine(she was a cheap $500) lawyer who didn't want to do anything and wanted my L to do all the work, but excuse me H was suing me for Divorce! Anway March got pushed back to April, because H got prick L who was new to the case. H wouldn't talk about anything, just thought we should stay with status quo because it works(he had a little extra money), I was using everything to pay bills. Anyway that led to May where H was furious that we weren't divorced but hadn't come with any suggestions on how to make this work financially.
I asked for a mediator and my L said that was just an extra 6 or 700 dollars and that I would be better off asking to meet with the judge informally(Pre-Trial). That is what we had 3 weeks ago. Didn't matter what I wanted, he wants a divorce so by golly he is going to get one. I was basically put down by his prick L because I wanted to work to save my marriage and my family. At that point I told my L fine, you do what you need to do because there is nothing legally I can do but I will not cash in my retirements plans just to make it easy on him.
And so here I am.

No, it is just that because the L's had reached agreement that we didn't have a trial after all. My L has to wait on the paperwork to be sent from H's L and then he will go over it with me.
I tried to talk to him yesterday but he was getting ready for a conference call to get a kid out of jail.
L's think H is a dream client since he is so agreeable to everything that the codes require, he just isn't a dream human!

I like to climb, always have. I'm going to probably be better off not knowing which day exactly that my L will call and tell me to meet him.
On a side note, H sent me an email on Tuesday to an email address I rarely use anymore. H was complaining how the kids didn't seem to want to be ready to go when he plans stuff to do with them, how S15 always seems to have his friends over, wah, wah, wah. I just replied that I don't use this email very often and if he wants me to read something to not send it to that email. The kid issues: I didn't reply but my attitude is clean up your own dam* mess.

I stayed up an extra hour reading but I did get 5 hours of sleep. I'll just take a nap later. girls came up to my room while I was reading this morning and hopped into my bed. I love when they come and snuggle and I love my perfectly comfy bed!

Yeah in a strange way. S12 has hemolytic anemia. When he was a baby we would have his blood drawn and he would just bawl. It broke my heart. Then as he got more used to it, he did cry. Also broke my heart that he had gotten used to it. Now he is just one tough nut to crack. Will that be me?
