That is a good idea to watch the movies with a friend. Only I don't have any friends that I am close enough to go watch movies with. I am really lacking in the local friends department. Lots of great friends around the country, lots of people I am friendly with around town, but no one I am super close with here. Maybe that is why losing my H as my best friend is hurting so much? That guy I was hanging out with hasn't really contacted me much in a few weeks. I know he is really busy with his job and his own divorce, but I was enjoying movie nights with him.
Maybe God is trying to tell your family something. That he is very displeased with your H's behavior and choices? I don't think you H would hear God's voice if he used a bull horn right in his ear.

Sara I guess the worst case, you could go to your Mom and Dad's or do you have a fellow teacher that you are friends with? Give her/him a call and see if they want to watch a couple of movies with you in your movie group.

My wife TOLD me, after she ended her affair and when she begged me to take her back, that she had "heard this voice" throughout her affair. Initially, she said she could just block it out. But that grew harder to do, and that, at the end, The Voice got so loud that it was deafening to her, and that she knew it was the Voice of God Himself, convicting her of her sin. She also said that He spoke thru other people to her.
That's good. I will tell you, I was completely, 100% "done" when my wife begged me back. Divorce papers were served, I was completely detached and in fact SO much so that I was PISSED that her timing was then!
