Eat more ice cream!!!

Well, it isn't saying not to quit.... it just isn't saying to quit.

Strawberries were on sale yesterday, as was the ice cream. And it didn't seem to send my blood sugar for a loop, last night. Perhaps that's a sign!

Patience...she is waiting to see if you will go back to before. You have told me to just have patience, and although I don't do well in that department, I have done it and look...it seems to be paying off a little!!!

Does your inner voice really not say anything? Its hard though, when you have been inside a sitch for so long, you cant see the wood for the trees. I still think you should ask her how she is/why she got mad/if shes ok, regardless of what you *think* her reaction would be...it shouldnt stop you asking? Maybe thats part of the problem, that you expect her to be a certain way that you have modified your behaviour for a long time accordingly. So, it would be a do-something-different if you actually asked her, if was ok.

I think we talked about this ages ago, when we discussed the asking her if she was happy and you said you might do! In the meantime, did you do the rainbow on the mirror thing?? (I think I'm out of sync here with the time of day!)
