Oh, and I ordered some sunglasses! I use a pair of clip-ons that work great for everyday stuff (and don't look bad), but I think I'll need something a bit sturdier for RAFTING!

I love Mojitos, also Crystal Light and lemonade. Want something that will take you back to childhood? Try Three Olives Cherry and Cherry Kool-aid. Just watch out so it doesn't sneak up on you.

Oh, Jeff, I am offically moved to this forum.

(((((Lisa, Kalni, Red, Michelle)))))

Well! Today went a lot better than last week! I still suck, but I parred two holes in a row. Then proceeded to hit two straight shots into the "river" that runs through the course! But, on the last hole, which has two lakes, and always turns into disaster, I used my large brain, instead of the other one, and didn't hit anything into the water, and played the hole like I intended (except for the extra putt). So, I hit just enough good shots to make me want to try again, as usual!

Kalni! You have hugging down, right? That's a good start! You can learn everything else!

As I said, I talked to C about asking W if she ever sees wanting to work on the M. The C doesn't seem to see any downside to doing it sooner rather than later. If W says no, I can decide to continue as things are, or "do something different". If she says yes, it gives a starting point to go from. In either case, I can then act based on something other than guessing what W wants, or doesn't. At worst, nothing changes for practical purposes. Then we talked a bit about whether money was a problem when considering D, and how I would handle it. Of course it is a problem. But my intention would be to try to enable us to continue to meet the obligations we have, and the promises we've made, to the kids. This will probably mean that I come out "behind" compared to what would be required, but it is the right thing to do. We even talked a bit about how I pictured custody. I really feel the kids should live mostly in one house, and it will probably be with W. I will still want to spend a lot of time with them, but that shouldn't cause their lives to be excessively disrupted, in my mind. I'm not sure how that looks, but it probably isn't 50-50 physically. I'd rather have them stable, I think.

Anyway, I don't think she was encouraging me to go in that direction at all, I think she was more making sure where my head is, to make sure I wouldn't go stupid if things head that way. She seemed pleased that I wanted to make sure we followed through with the kids, rather than trying to get the "best" deal. Anyway, if it happens, it will be a pain, but it can work.

Now I have to figure out if I have time to try golfing tomorrow afternoon!

I'm glad you had a good time golfing. I have only ever played nine holes in my life. I had actually thought about taking lessons this year, but I haven't looked into it.

As for the C, I agree that she is just trying to get you to think through your options. My T went a long time before she really gave me the feeling that I should move on without H. At this point you don't seem to be in any hurry to move on, so take the time to think through your options. I hope you W is more decisive than my H, he doesn't want to work on the M, but he is no hurry to start the D.

Jeff - I have no idea how you can golf in that heat! It's insanely hot out there!

I wanted to stop by and tell you thank you so much for your help last night. I was able to sleep after our talk, not well, but sleep. I am headed out for a walk right now but wanted to drop in on you first.

It might be fun for you to learn to play. I like it, since you are only playing against yourself. And it's nice to be outside. Though not always that nice when it is toasty hot!

((((((Mishka))))))
It wasn't really bad yesterday. I have no idea what the temperature was, but there was a bit of a breeze. I'm glad you got some sleep, and I am glad I could help! I hope you enjoyed your walk!
