yeah, i was really amazed at how it's finally sunk in. My C actually said these things to me at the start of our sessions in March....amazing. i'm finally starting to get what he's saying. Of course, it's taken me this long to not only accept my sitch, but also to adapt to it.....obviously, from my posts... It's almost as if I fought the change that happened. still don't like what's happened. be crazy if i did. however, i think i can see some light....and it starts with me.

You don't have to like it, but embracing it and appreciating it can be good. You have been given the opportunity to be a better person/husband/father and when everything works out right have a better R with your W than you might have ever had.

The sep can be a good thing, it can really help shine a light on the good there was (that is now missing from each of your lives) and the greater good that can become through the work you are doing.

I am in a lot of respects thankful for my sep, because without it we would just be flying on autopilot watching life pass us by

Of course she will! She knows who you were, who you are and will see what you are becoming. You are the father of her children, and she will see the man that is her Husband. She is watching you very....very ....very closely.

Always look for the good in something....it helps in all aspects of life.

PS: To freak you out a little more.....I played soccer for about 20 years....I am afraid to see a picture of you because I might see a younger version of myself...lol

ok, so i'm being proactive here...

in a week, my 2d's will be staying with me for an extended period....4 days including overnites. what should i say to my W if she says/talks about how lonely she is? I'd not sure how to do it......and do it to make it so i'm not turning the convo about me...know what i mean? thoughts?
