she will ask " where were you" i am sure of it.. i guess i tell her eh?
Maybe, maybe not. Now's the time to make her start wondering. Maybe "out having fun" and a wink?
Me: 30 W: 28 T 8, M 6 S: 7-27-2007 W filed (again) 3-2011 Served 8-2011 Responded, now dark "I have decided to stick with love. Hate is too great a burden to bear" MLK

your right she may not ask,.she has been asking (example last week walking the dogs "what are you doing this weekend").. but mostly for the dog's sake. I think i will go see Indiana Jones or something.. i've never gone to a movie alone.. could be fun.. and i'll get a good seat :P
If she asks i will reply" out having fun" how's that? (it's not a lie, but pretty vague, is that fair ?)
W never finalized it. She filed, I waived service, we divided the stuff, but she never went back to court. Unfortunately for WAS'S there's a lot involved in getting a D. The do-it-yourself papers out on the 'net are a bunch of crap.
I took W's "divorce" papers to a lawyer friend and she just laughed. Same thing with Michelle's H. And, I would guess, same thing with your W's papers if she ever fills them out. People who really want a divorce get a lawyer and get it over with (interesting because none of our spouses here in Separating seem to be doing that).

Well guess what, the self-kit is gone, obviously the W is filling them out and getting ready to serve me.. WOWSERS.. Would you suggest i take them to a lawyer (here's a story for you, my friend got divorced 12 years ago, her ex is rich.. he went and got his law degree and has been pulling her into court for 12 years , she is expert by now)...
Suggestions everyone? I am not as upset as I thought i'd be..
Plus W sent me a text( i never had my phone on until now, saying "you can goto the gym if u want , the dogs are fed")
so..... i didn't text/email/call W today... worked my day, came home to have a quick bite, went to the gym (did 6 miles again).. and guess what.... W left a text.... then while i was at the gym, she left a voice mail " oh hi, your probably at the gym... i just went for a facial, and then i am going to the gym.. i will see you at home when i get home, there is chicken in the oven if you want some"
HMMMMMMMM..... well i am hitting the shower and going to see a random movie...
