I still have every last friggin picture from day 1. Sure wish I had some of him in the nude I'd post them on the net or send them out as Christmas cards or just probably send them to To Catch a Preditor. (ok so I'm slapping myself across the face for that one!)

Funnily enough, I had put my scrapbooking on hold (last year) just in case, and sure enough...
Anyways, I'll get an acid free box, put all the picts there (grr, lots of good ones of the kids with him) and I'll save them for the kids. Wedding album, same thing, I will keep the ones with my grandma and mom without stbx, those are priceless.

thanks for all the great responses! I have a pic up of my dad and I at my engagement party. I have it up because it is a good pic of me and my dad, I really don't think about it as a photo taken at the party. I also have some pics of me and the dogs in Carmel, and even though X was there,(not in the pic) they make me smile because of Kita and Kayla and I remember how much they loved it there.

It took me years (4) to be able to even look at picutres even if ex wasn't in them, and it wasn't until last summer that I was even able to look at a video. Unfortunately I was the Queen of videos always there recording all of the happenings in the life of our family. It was almost surreal when we did watch them but now I was able to remember and even smile from time to time.
At onetime my kids had the most charmed life, so I guess I'm saving the pictures as their proof.
Thanks Bethie! I have some wedding videos but not ready to look at them. My dad was king of the videos as i was growing up. I hated it then but am happy to have them now What a great gift for your children to have as well!

Yeah, I just hope they're not mad at me for drawing all those mustaches and scars on their Dad's picutres....sometimes we just have to make our own karma... ya know how that goes.
