Right now, I am as happy as a clam. The chance to start to feel resentment at not getting to spend the time with my kids like I did before I took this job lurks but I am resisting it.

Anniversary getaway
X and Mr. X are celebrating their anniversary and that reality could prick my balloon of contentment but I refuse to loose the peace I finally have.

Oh, and if I DO get to go to Spain, X will just have to grin and bare it while I put all this Spanish practice to good use!

I just got done watching 20/20 on revenge and forgiveness. They spoke with a survivor of a concentration camp. She said that she chose to foregive the Nazis. When asked why she said that victims are powerless and lead powerless lives and she didn't want that for herself. So then Jonh Stossle aked but why wouldn't you hate them? She just asked, "would that make my life better?" She's right C2 and so are you. Foregiveness is the only way to go to make OUR lives better.
