This is all in the books really :

Divorce Remedy
Not Just Friends

Those are the two I am referencing mostly for content. Feel free to pick them up and read them in detail, they are fantastic resources. \:\)

Note : Michele Davis is quoted in Not Just Friends, so I infer from this that Michele endorses the material inside of the text. Just in case anyone thought I was veering away from db materials. "So illuminating, instructive, down-to-earth, and imspiring that it truly transforms lives...this book is a godsend."

This is my favourite quote from the text :

Leaving a bad marriage without trying to repair it first is like trying to sell your house right after a rainstorm flooded your family room. Once you have finished cleaning and redecorating you might decide not to put it up for sale. If you leave your marriage when you are feeling devastated, depeleted, and demoralized, you will always wonder whether you made the right choice. Fix it up first and you will have a better idea of how the finished product suits you.

There is also an entire chapter called "How to Cope with Obsessing Flashbacks"...great stuff.

Mark,

"Not Just Friends" is an exceptional book that I have read, gave my wife to read during her EA (later PA), and have recommended to many people.

Don't want to hijack.

Puppy, how did you present the book to your wife for her to read?

No offense, but your wife seems like she has been the exception to the rule in her actions, compared to other WW's.
