Jack, this is something that you said on another thread just now. It hit me because it goes along with your previous comment to me about validating myself. Am I seen as weak by you then?

I think everyone can improve and be better.

I'll definately take that as a yes then.

Don't ask questions you don't want the answers to.
Don't ask question hoping for the answers you want to hear.

I think you could do better.

We all have weak moments dar.
So you haven't cornered the market on that by any means.
Consider that you started the week (or maybe it was last week) very strong. So goes it on the roller coaster but there is a lot you can do to improve your overall outlook. It starts with genuinely taking care of, and loving, yourself.

Jack, some very wise words...I made that mistake more often than I care to remember....we do learn from our mistakes though...thank Goodness !
