Heading to Montana for the skwalla hatch (really big bugs that trout go bonkers for). Four guys, a lot of beer, fish and profanity. Again, unfortunately no redheads.

After your post on my thread you better enjoy your time with your buddies because as soon as a specific redhead decides to "break", you 'll have no time to use your fishing skills...

Just got home. What a way to start my Monday. Over the weekend my wife asked my mother to stay with the kids and I for a week after she moves out so she can "get situated" in her new place.

My mother drives me crazy and my wife knows it. I'm pretty sure this her evil plan to torture me. Looks like I will be working late all next week.

Nice of her to ask me.

Realistically I don't think your W is really thinking about much except for herself right now.. maybe a small (and I mean microscopic) piece of her brain is thinking that having your Mom there will possibly help the kids with this transition.. but I'm not certain that she asked your Mom to help as a torture technique for you.

I will wholeheartedly agree that she should have consulted you about this though. She should not be making decisions for you with regards to you and the kids.. it should be with you!

Guys, I'm in a serious funk today. The wife just called. She was "out" with her new boyfriend on Saturday and run into my son and his friend at Starbucks. My wife had promised that under no circumstances were my kids going to meet this new guy anytime soon.

So much for that. I am going to file.... Why shouldn't I?

I am sorry. That stinks for you and your son, that he ran into her with the OM. Ick.

You need to listen to your self and do what you want to do. If you really feel the need to file, then file. It isn't irreversible at that point, anyway, I believe...

And sorry you have to deal with your mom for a week, I wouldn't want to live w/mine that long, either.
