It was a fine TGIF indeed. Mostly. Work was ok. Steak night with CrankyP was great. Amused a four year old dude at the pool table and shuffleboard. But ... he will be Five at Easter!!!!!
And then the other side of the coin. My little one (6'3"+)has a new soul mate, and there is M trouble at her house. Parents going at it. Mom bipolar, Dad anger issues. Soul mate very upset. TMing my son that she doesn't want a R, now or ever, just can't talk ... "everything just hurts too much".
I talked with him all I could for now. He is with friends and needs the distraction. The sun will come up tomorrow.
Gently tell S that BPD can be inherited quite easily W2S.. I think you know the drill , eh ?
Good job with CP btw... I remember when that was the highlight of my life's day in Law School btw.. I just did not realize it at the time for some reason ?
Good points. As expected, the wave of horomones and emotions have subsided. Son and soul mate are doing better. Peace on Earth.
BTW ... Earth is better than sky. Did tandem dive. Words don't prepare one for the rush of sensory overload. My host decided we should "bust some fun". For him, that means rapidly whirling the chute around in a series of big circular spins. I now remember why I stopped riding midway rides and roller coasters. I get 24 to 48 hours of vertigo after. Been drinking lots of water and juice while it passes ... and not looking up!
I missed the group hug over at Amy C's. AT, my shrubs are growing like crazy as well as the rest of the stuff in the flower beds. Me thinks the lawn care guy missed the lawn and spilled the fertilizer around the shrubs and other green stuff instead. May have to call the NICS knights. Another friend's report on x2 confirms she's wearing clean clothes and speaking in full sentences. Second sighting in a month and a half, same report from a different source. I may be able to retire the bullet proof vest at last.
Don't know if working more is suppose to be GAL. If so, I must be doing great. Xcept that keeps me from checking threads as often. Added a night class at local university to my evening schedule that already included yoga and drinking. Prepping to sit for a Project Mgt program exam, in case a good better best opportunity comes along.
Glad to see you staying afloat. Last word from F1 included contractors showing up to start work. Enough house was sticking out of the snow that they found it.
Not so cold in TX right now. Spent 80+degree Saturday shingling a roof for Habitat in tank top and got the most amazing sunburn. 'Tis the season!!!
And I'm on my way home to absorb said spirits in moments. So a toast to Surviving and Survivors. Serving up cold Corona, Crown&Coke, or WhiteZin ... if any is left after son and friends made a raid.
