S19 will be here from midday tomorrow until Monday morning. It wil be fun, but I expect it will be a bit stressful, too, since it is his last visit prior to his deployment to Africa. But, it make it pretty easy to figure out what my priorities will be for the weekend, and I'm looking forward to it!

I second the waiver thing wholeheartedly. No MLC, no QLC, and preferably no D parents and totally weird childhood issues.

GASP! This is a virtual party??? I signed up and started tanning this week so I wouldn't show up and be the only pastywhite girl with the farmers tan lines that I get under my 3 layers of cold weather clothes! NOW I found out I'll be the only one to really show up!

Hey! If anyone wants to make it non-virtual, I'm all for it! I'd even set a date! Or a range of dates, like anytime from now, until I die! For it to work, though, there need to be enough people to cause W to go into shock, one or two probably wouldn't do the trick. Half a dozen, I think that would work!

I think he is going to be really busy! He will be spending a lot of time running around catching up with friends, I'm sure. We have him Sunday afternoon, though. We are having a couple of families over (that have sons that are his friends), and well as W's parents, and we will eat a lot and play games. I made lasagnas last weekend, so we'll get some salad, and bread, and a veggie tray, and some kind of dessert, and hopefully be able to have a big feed, with little work. Paper plates, and all!

I'm sure it will be different that I expect, but I think we will all enjoy it! I know his little brothers are looking forward to seeing him. They are really proud of him.

I'll be in AZ in October if my training dates go through! Pretty much for the whole month and I'll hopefully have weekends off. We could do a late season BBQ / Oktoberfest!

October is a very nice time to be in Arizona! I'm guessing that it is not an accident that you plan to be here then, rather than say, August!

I think an October BBQ would be an excellent plan!
