It's nice to be here again.

Is anyone besides me (and my H) NOT going to be watching the super bowl on Sunday? We've never been into football. I hope there's a good movie on...

Hello, Yoyo,

I'm here now, getting this cold behind me, and it's Friday Night.

Whiskey for my men, beer for my horses.

I used to not watch football. But I always seemed to have to do it if I wanted to be with people. So now I've gotten used to it and want to see the game just to know what people are talking about afterwards. Besides, a lot of the commercials are really clever. I don't know why you never see them again.

Actually, it's gotten to the point for me that the commercials are more interesting than the game itself.

Hmmmmmm....

1). The Super Bowl.
2). Paint Drying.
3). A watched pot, set to low.

....Hmmmmmmmmmm.

Tuff decision there... LOL.

No Code, glad you're feeling better. There has been a nasty cold bug going around here, too.

Sara, you can catch the commercials online after the game. That's what I did last year!

Funny, Bob, frankly I'd rather watch paint dry cause you know a watched pot never boils. Cooking anything special to chow down on during the game?

I just made one of my famous blueberry cobblers. I was surprised to see blueberries at the store today, so I figured I'd surprise the family.

Ooooh, I just love blueberries! Unfortunately, they're all going to be Chilean imports right now, but better than nothing. I got a good deal on a couple of pounds of imports, and they're not too bad.

But I can't wait until they're in season around here!

Unfortunately, that reminds me of my honeymoon with my W. We stayed in a cozy little cabin in the Ozarks -- your neck of the woods, Yoyo -- and we biked and canoed and had a great time in the hot tub, among so many other things. We discovered a fantastic frozen yogurt brand, Yarnell's, that tasted like homemade, hand-cranked ice cream. I'll never forget it.

I have very fond memories of sitting in a hot tub with my lovely bride, after a very invigorating mountain bike ride, sharing fresh blueberries and Yarnell's vanilla frozen yogurt...

<sigh>

... and, folks, that was just the appetizer.

Just saw this link to an article about why men and women have affairs. It really explains it very well. I never thought about there being different reasons for affairs based on personality. I recommend it to everyone.
