"I'm sorry that I haven't been on. I have been really, really busy. I've been working a lot. My H and I aren't fighting anymore but that's about all the progress. He hasn't been home since January 1. I was hoping he would come home this weekend but he says he will the following. I don't say anything but it makes me upset as our kids are missing him."

As a matter of fact, I had a major nose itch on my way home tonight! It was weird. Drove me nuts. Thanks a lot.

I was lingering for awhile, not posting, but for the past couple of weeks I have been totally and completely overwhelmed at work. Going in early, staying late, working weekends. I work on a computer, so when I finally had a bit of free time the last thing I wanted to do was get online!

Other than that, I'm doing ok. H and I seem to be ok. My thread is probably long gone, gathering dust and cobwebs... Thanks, it feels nice, no GREAT, to have been missed.

I'm turning in early tonight -- feel even more sick this evening, feverish even (must be something like the flu bug going around.)

But I'll just grab my hot cider and head on to bed. I'll get the blow-by-blows in the morning (as I step around all the prone, listless bodies of our comrades.)

Actually that quote was added tonight. It came on a card from the counselor at work. He just gave it to me tonight. It was quite sweet. Those little things remind me of all the good (and good people!) in the world.
