Well so much has happen in a short period of time. I should really start a thread again. but I wanted to let you know what I did. Right or wrong I did it and I am moving a head. Pretty good for someone who has been acused of not being organized and won't make a decision and am to scared to move a head. Well I just happened on this place that has room for my horses and everything. I looked at it Friday and even took my H to look at it on Monday just in case I missed something. I couldn't get a hold of him on Tuesday. I had the loan by myself and had put an offer in and counter offered and had it bought Tuesday. With a low interest rate because of the rate drop. My friends said it was ment to be. All the pieces fell into place way to easy. They keep telling me it was all for a reason. IT is alot closer to work and I won't be living on my in-laws place. WOW when things move they move.
I think my husband was really surprised and one of our friends told me he was really proud of me for doing it. He kept telling what a goood deal it is and he will sign any papers so it will be just mine. Maybe it makes him that closer to being a free man...Who knows....
I heard thru the grape vine that he was living with an old high school friend instead of her. WE will see. YOu just don't walk out that easy.
He wants to sit down and go over our business stuff and see how we will divide things. What we will do with the business and how we can make it good for both of us.
At least its a start in a direction instead of just being stuck. I can't believe it myself....Now for the big payments but maybe it will be a new start whether we divorce or not. But I still have that heavy heart...
Penny, you are so strong. I'm so proud of you! Hang in there you are going to be okay with or without your H. I'm sure he didn't think you had it in you. Who knows this may be the wake up call he needs.

CHURCH CATS A mother looked out a window and saw Johnny playing church with their three kittens. He had them lined up and was preaching to them. The mother turned around to do some work. A while later she heard meowing and scratching on the door. She went to the window and saw Johnny baptizing the kittens. She opened the window and said, "Johnny, stop that! You'll drown those kittens." Johnny looked at her and said with much conviction in his voice: "They should have thought of that before they joined my church."

Congratulations Penny, that sounds fabulous. You are smart to buy right now with the reduced prices and the low interest rate. Good for you for making a decision and following through. I'm sure you will be very happy there, and so will your horses.
