I had a pretty good weekend diet wise----but because it was so awkward being out of town with H, that I didn't feel like eating much. I couldn't get the fact that I felt more comfortable with seperate hotel rooms...........
Anyway, I'm here to say things are going well. I did get up and do the TV workout----it's really a toning program, exercising with weights----not aerobics. I do know how important it is to incorporate weights into exercise---especially for women. The resistance really helps with fat burning.
My back isn't perfect, but I'm going to plug away and just be careful. Time for that smoothie..............
