You, otoh, are at least lending credence to my newest pet theory which is that all single women are crazy (this supersedes my previous pet theory which was that you can't trust a single woman who doesn't want to be in a relationship).

Anyway, I know too many single women that are absolutely NOT crazy and too many married women that are crazy to buy into your pet theory.

Also what word would describe a single guy that puts up with such crazy behavior from a woman? And if that word is horny, then I think you have to add crazy to single men too!!

OTOH my friend's XH always said that the best sex is with psycho women. I'm not sure what his experience was and maybe that's true for some. OTOH my XH's business partner said about one of their attractive clients "The screwing you'd get WOULDN'T be worth the screwing you'd get."

Hmmmm oddly enough I would probably guess my friend's XH to be a "Nice Guy." While my XH's business partner was not. Coincidence???

So let's see. If I was me and I have my kids most of the time and other fun stuff I do with my life, then flying in Scarlett Johansson once a month would work, in spite of however HD I might be.

If, otoh, I was a streetwise, successful, rich and attractive single guy with my weekends free, I could go down to my local mall and find a dozen women an hour whom I wouldn't trade for Scarlett Johansson on a 3-1 or even 2-1 basis. Granted, there seems to be an inordinately high number of hawt women at my local mall, but the point remains.

I'm willing to bet that if you took the Identity Test on OkCupid you would come up as somebody who is "deliberate" rather than "random" like me and that is why you think I am crazy.

I don't think FSG is a fast seduction guy and I don't know that you'd care, particularly, if he was. It's just interesting to see some of the themes play out.

I strongly suspect that blackfoot and Stig and Deida would tell me, "They're not crazy; they're women." They'd be right, but at the moment "crazy" works for me.

At the moment I learned the latest news regarding the girl mentioned above when I thought about how much I liked her, even as just a friend, and how crazy she's turned out to be, the word for that guy which popped into my mind was "moron". The whole thing about me and her was pre-NMMNG (she was the reason I decided I needed to read NMMNG), but still.

ETA: I've been thinking a lot about the zoo and deliberately keeping the cow in the far far pasture and getting either the monkey or the lioness to step up instead. With some intriguing and positive results.

Seriously I think it really depends on what behavior you're calling crazy. I know I have my own "crazy" behavior but somehow I don't think that behavior is quite what you are thinking when you describe these single women!!!

And Burg... honestly... some guys I've known... were I not slightly different, slightly crazy, seemingly... they would be bored in two nano-seconds, simply because I would be too predictable.

Hmmmm....I don't believe I have ever gotten that feeing. Afterglow....certainly, but a desire to bake or do some other cow-like activity for cac? No.

I'm still unsure about these zoo animals, but I don't think I tend toward cow so much. Perhaps I used to be a lot bunny, but now I'm letting the monkey out a little bit. I don't know where the lioness fits in at all.
