All:

Well. I'm recovering. Without booze, without cigs, without sex (clearly)... so I've stocked up on lots of Holiday Chocolate and Chick Flicks. I have a big fluffy robe, my pink fuzzy slippers, and a box of tissues.

Being me sucks right now. But imagine Gloria Gaynor singing... "I Will Survive." Without the gay back-up dancers flouncing through my living room.

Corri,
Sorry things are rough for you right now.

Have fun with the chocolate and chick flicks. I'm going to catch up with some Galactica and a solstice event this weekend.

For a fun movie with a "I Will Survive" reference see "Chicken Little", besides that it has moviedoms one use of "MacArthur Park" lyrics as dramatic dialogue.

Take Care,
Scott

My divorce was rough. This... is my stupid azz internal compass righting itself. And it's very good to know that they feel different... tells me a LOT.

Corri, Chocolate, chick flicks, fluffy robes and fuzzy slippers are some of my favorite inside things, along with candles, bubble bath stuff, and bows for the dog. For the outside world, I suggest picking up some new mittens and scarves... I just got a set in a dusty pink and light blue and I love them!

At some point I will need the analytic type 5 version of this break up of yours. MJ gave us the heads up, but you, well, we had to wait for IC to figure out that all is not right in CorriWorld. I was really thinking that you and bf were getting through those hurdles...did something new crop up, or was it one of those white flag things that should have been picked up a while back?

Regardless, this is nothing like the big D and you will be back to yourself soon. Extra huggles you, xo, RJ

Hey Corri,

If I round up two cute polyamorous (IOW- guys we can just use purely for our own pleasure and entertainment)men for us, will you come to Michigan for New Year's?

I would so love to, but I have a date with two handsome, strapping lads already... my boys. \:\) I think we are making it a movie night. But thank you so much for asking... hope I can take a rain check.

Hi Corri
Since you are one of the most honest people I never met I'll pass on the sugar coating. Hope this post finds you well.

Yes we have chocolate and coffee in surviving. 97% caffeen. You can fix those nasty server and IP problems in no time while learning to salsa.

This is my slow season. Lifeguarding starts in March. I pretty much do what I want when I want with the exception of Mil duty. My D13 will be staying every other weekend as per visitation since my X requested a change. Previously I saw here once or twice a week and hung out. We always have a good time but I will do more effort in planning potential stuff to do or hanging out depending on the mood of the day. We adhere to a strict definite whatever.

Been taking PME (Professional Military Education) Senior Enlisted Leadership course online. If it is not as exciting as supporting Relational Databases under neon in a cubical it comes a close second. But that means money for retirement but if I had my druthers I'd rather blow something up.

I've been buried with tasks for extended periods in my life and boredom is a blessing. Next off season I will be looking to keep more busy but no worries. Jan is a wildland firefighting class and two weeks mil duty at the Naval Hospital so I only got one month of snoozin left.
