dh, I'm sorry that nobody has responded to your posts. I'm not entirely sure what advice you're looking for though. If she is violating court orders and harming your business, then maybe you should pursue more legal action? Your situation sounds quite different from mine so I don't have much to say. It does sound positive that she was willing to talk with the youth pastor though. Good luck.

Well she talked with our neighbor again and after being softspoken and crying with the youth pastor she was angry and thinks i am the devil since i filed the court order. She said when i did that i am controlling my neighbor told her when she left with kids and went into hiding she left me no choice. So she is angry and hates me right now, cant do much about that. I checked our Amex online and saw that she paid a law firm some money yesterday, so looks like its going to get ugly now not feeling to good about things......

You already started with the legal process, so you're going to have to follow through with that - If she went against court orders, you need to hold her accountable. but, you also need to be prepared for the repercussions of your actions. If she is not being financially responsible, you will need to make arrangements to restrict access to funs.

It sounds to me like it got ugly long before she paid for a lawyer. You're not going to be seen as 'the good guy' while you have court orders against her - It's just not possible to play both ends of the field at the same time. You need to decide which end is for you.

Again before she left with the kids i did not want the D she did, i told her if she felt the need to file she should. That night is when she took off with the kids and left me no choice but to file the court order, i did not do it to hurt i did it for the sake of my kids. The pastor said she is in an angry shell and feels counterattacking is a defense mechanism. She has crawled into a shell and i dont think she will come out ..

so now my attorney has stated he has spoken with her attorney who states she said i have been abusive for 2 years. It hurts so much to hear a person who you have loved for 5 years taken care of and had children with the youngest is only 4 months old tell stories to try and accomplish something..... my stomach is turning i have never hurt her or laid a finger on her or my children, i am a builder and in law enforcement, i have seen abusive couples on calls... i am not that kind of human i am loving and generous this is killing me.....
