During the divorce I went on 10mg of Celexa. This wasn't an easy choice for me because I grew up with a mom who has always been extremely anti-meds (i.e. vegetarian, organic foods, etc...). Anyhow, I'm still on it and really like it. I don't think I'm forgetful (wait, what was I talking about?), but I definitely have a lot more patience, I don't obsess as much (although I'm still a clean fanatic), much less controlling, I don't worry one inch about what people think of me, and I don't get crazed around the holidays.
Saffie, CBT's generally don't like AD's.
There is no arriving, ever. It is all a continual becoming.
LOL - ice cream with AD!!!!. I don't like ice cream much - was force fed it as a child Now you can see why I am crazy - had no hope with parents that force feed you ice cream.
Seriously, I had a bleed in my mouth and the dr's couldn't work out why so they told my mum to feed me ice cream - go figure?
The AD's you talk about are the brand names - yes? Do you know what the generic names are as they will be different here.
Thanks guys - I am cheering up. Hadn't thought before that CBT's didn't like AD's. Makes sense tho'. Saffie

Something is changing at work, and it may take a while to sort out the mixed messages you are receiving before determining which path will make the most sense. Use the upcoming weekend to consider all your options. Talk to others about the potential problems you see in the near future. A little planning now, even if it makes you uncomfortable to wait, can prepare you for the intensity that's just around the corner.
