I got a CD for my birthday, wrapped in an A4 sheet of paper with "Happy Birthday" written on it in different colours from my S. I sort of thought, what a tight arse, but then I thought it took more effort to make the A4 design than to buy wrapping paper.
She bought OM an expensive pair of cufflinks (Oroton brand, $220) and then took him to gold class movies (approx $100), not to mention how much she spent on lingerie etc etc. My gift, $18 worth. That works out to $1.04c for each year we have been together
Every birthday or Xmas, my W would buy me something amazing, and splurge, like I do for her each year. Her birthday is coming up in Nov, I think I will just get her a voucher from her favourite store, and get DD to give it to her. She mentioned that her ipod had cacked it, maybe get her a new one.
I wonder if I should just not get her anthing, that would be a definate 180
Andy, Since her ipod is broken, maybe you should get her a small batter operated radio, should be around 18 bucks! LOL Oh and by the way just wrap her present in the comic strips from the newspaper!

Do you remeber my birthday and how crappie my pressie was from my H?
I have a nice pink, (yoyur daughter would love it), plastic, battery powered spider catcher. Must have cost £6.99 tops. You are welcome to it for your W's birthday present. Only had one careful lady owner and is guaranteed to royally piss the recipient off - promise!!!!
Just give me an address and it's on it's way.LOL

I just finished watching a pretty wispy love story called "Wedding Date". It ended with the really deep line, "I realized I'd rather fight with you than make love with anyone else." Awwwww. But I wish more people around here would say it. I need to reopen the pool, but we do have the sandbox and the playhouse and Husband's dog/cat house, so sometimes I think we don't know where to find each other.
Yeah, that would work. In the meantime, I'll wait til I feel a need for the pool. I think we have enough for now. I'm chasing you from thread to thread as it is.
By the way, I always get sick when I'm rejected by one thing or another in life. If a real estate deal goes bad, I get sick, if my husband cheats I get sick, etc.
This is the first time I've been sick in a long time (February?). Both my girls have it, I am sure they lovingly brought it home from school. I am feeling very run down though, I am sure my body is trying to fight all this stress.
PS: Thanks for chasing me from thread to thread. It feels good to be pursued for once.
