If you only knew. When I have alot of things on my mind I build things. Anyway the shop needed cleaning up. It's only about 8' X 15' (I built it by the way) and has Cable TV a small frig. (BEER) and I am clearing my desk in there for my lap top.

Hope you are doing better today LWB.

Not much time but wanted to get on before Saffie goes to bed,
I had a little slip last night. Son did not get home work done. I was working on jeep when son got home from school and then I took him to base ball practice.
W was upset later after dinner because son did not have home work done. She said “I was hoping you would help him when I went to “curves” a “women health club”” I said “I’M sorry I was busy and forgot. I went to your mom’s during the day so I had to catch up on the things I was planning on doing around here.” She said “you know he needs to work on the map” I said “Sorry I forgot” W said “what do I have to remind you and him he has homework?” I said “well if you were hoping for me to do it while you were at curves then yes maybe you do” I’m Sorry I forgot.

Anyway I set my watch and today at 4:00 I am doing home work. Also she said that she is taking classes on line so when I talk to her when she is on the computer she can’t concentrate. I said” if I knew you were talking classes I would not have bothered you. Ya got to let me know these things”.

Ok I know it is small compared to youse guises issuers but I had to get it out.

Ok,

I need an opinion,

Should I take my W to the little bar n grill restaurant where we first met of a fancy restaurant for her B-day?
We have never been back there. I was kind of a blind date that was set up by a mutual friend. She told me that she was going there with my W and I could show up. If I liked what saw I could come over to their table. The rest is misery ops I meant history...

It can't hurt to ask her if she wants to go. I would just ask and see what she says.

Cali,

There are other things going on besides the B-day dinner. I am not asking her if she wants to go. I am trying to be a little agressive. I have been too pasive for to long. My plan is to tell her not to make any plans on the 5th I am taking her out.

I have been a yes dear kind of guy for to long. We never really argue because I back down.
Not that I wantto argue but am starting to put my foot down a little. ( I only have one ya know)

that sounds good. just be prepared she may not want to go. just do it and prepare it for you, with no expectations from her. \:\)

Here are my thoughts. Go somewhere nice that has nothing to do with the past. You don't want to come on too strong just yet. It may be too early to get really sentimental. She should appreciate being wined and dined though. Perhaps try a new restaurant that everyone raves about or it can be somewhere you have gone before.

Husband,

Yoyo is 100% on target. Listen to this smart, sassy lady.

I would take her someplace NEW and interesting. Not somewhere filled with memory and regret and emotion.

NEW place, NEW restaurant, NEW Husband, NEW attiude, NEW....marriage? Let's pray.
