I slept on a 20 dollar inflatable mattress for a year in grad school -- on a box spring. Most comfortable sleep I had until I bought the tempurpedic last year. The Celebrity bed. Awesome.

Definately try out the Sealy memory foam, CVA. They carry just about the same guarantee and are considerably cheaper (well, less expensive). They also tend to run softer than the tempurpedic.

Looking forward to sleeping in a real bed again.

You're welcome. I just think you should have "your space" if she want hers. Seems very fair, and it might help you detach more. If that's where you're at.

CVA, as we both know detaching sucks! but I agree with everyone on here, if you think you need space, then by all means do it. Let W deal with the house, by herself for a while. I know that is hard, but let her walk her own path, who knows it might lead back to you. Take care.

Hey ladies and gents

Here is an update to me/ us.

As I think H pointed out, feeling out of sorts. REally weird today, just basically feeling anxiety, prolly job related combined w/ home sitch but who knows, sucks though.

What is going on at home, hmmmmm. I really cant put my finger on it. Warmth? More of the same? Definitely small changes appearing but dont trust anything I see, just taking note.

Here are some things I have noticed
- W is behind (as usual) on homework and dinner so she needs to either have me go get dinner or ??? So I say "why dont you go and I will finish up homework w/ kids" She is very frustrated w/ kids at this pt so it made sense for me to take over. She calls me from drive-thru and asks "how is it going"??? Hmmmm...
- Last night she asks me about some books to buy the kids...
- Asks me if I liked a certain meal she cooked or some other food item I should try, future cooking plans w/ me included?
Made some small talk about Steve Fosset missing (totally unsolicited)
- I usually ask if she wants me to stop and get a movie on the way home, got a relatively enthusiastic Yeah, I guess vs the downplayed "I guess". Trust me, it was different.
- Backrubs now going almost shirtless for me!!! ((((GD& H))))
- Told her I had a tough day yesterday - "sorry you had a bad day"
- Definitely has asked "whats wrong" a few times when I have been pushed to the limit the past few days by the kids / being sick.

Lame? Maybe, just actually wanted to list these things out for my self esteem which is being beat on daily.

CVA says, why are you down boy? Get your ass out there and dont let those days "fall off the calendar", your kids want you to have fun w/ them, go do it, it will all work out!
