If H is moving out in a few days and has clearly told you that he does not want to be your romantic/sexual partner, then give him space.
Go with the vibrator.
Actually he moved out on August 4th and that is when I cut him off from sex. (But he believes it wouldn't be hard for him to talk me into it if he really wanted. whatever.)

I read once that it's bad to use a vibrator because then a man will never be able to live up to the vibrator standards. (Meaning, no guy can vibrate at however many times per minute.)
