A little point on luck - I think we do need some luck, and that's ok. That is just accepting that this thing is not completely in our control. There are no guarantees. You could be the best DB'er ever, and your spouse may just be gone. You have to accept that. It doesn't change that you want to and should still give your best effort.
Scheduled a DB Coach session for 30 minutes from now. Thought I needed to check in with Chuck as it has been 5 weeks or so. I was reviewing my journal to see what has happened since then, and so so much. Some good, some not so good. It's wild how much we can forget. I think I may review my journal and post some highlights in the near future.

That's true, and part of me would rather be lucky than good. On the other hand there's the hoary old saying that "We make our own luck." Also, something along the lines of 'Luck is the residue of preperation."
I'll take whatever luck, chance and/or serendipitous experiences that come along to bring my W and I back together

Nomo, yes fill us in on how the coaching went. I was thinking about getting another one also since my sitch is changing. Sometimes it is hard not to think about the OP in our S's life even tho it is the worst thing to do. Sometimes you just can't chase those thoughts away especially while at work.
