Hi Nomo! Thanks for the post! It is great and one to reread tommorow when I have a fresh mind! I understand about being a little burnt out. I recently needed to take a little break from the BB for that reason but when I came back I was more refreshed and ready to go! Not too bad. Have to tell myself over and over that this will take a while. That and letting my mind wander to thoughts of things I can't control (eg, W and OM fears) seem to be my biggest battles. But I am conquering them. I am also trying to navigate that fine line between acting as if (positive, upbeat, happy) around W and trying not to be so available. More in my journaling later.

Thanks for the detailed posts last night, I know it takes a lot out of you, but it helps tremendously.

I don't know if it will help you, but on top of all of the advice from others and successes of past DBers, read you old posts to others. You giv breat advice, and when you post to use you are looking at things objectively and without emotion. I don't have the experience or knowledge that you do with these matters, and it's helped me remind myself that I know what to do and need to snap out of it.

Here's a little secret. I registered here 2.5 months ago. I am a newbie still. I only read the DR book about a month before that. But I've read it three times and thought long and hard about my sitch and the DB principles. And the real key to getting your hands around all this stuff (at least for me) was throwing myself into these threads. Reading about everyone else and trying to help has caused my learning to go into hyperdrive. And others would tell you that too, I think. IMO, the same thing happened to GD. And I see it happening in CVA and Heim too. And there are others, but those three come to mind right now. Now this is WAY overboard (and down right scary), but in 2.5 months I have almost 2000 posts, and I am on my 9th thread. The point, getting as active as you can on these boards speeds up the process so you can give it your best shot. (Sadly, it doesn't speed up your WAS's learning, but your learning will at least keep you from slowing the WAS down with backslides.)

No one is as active as you. Period. I could stay on the boards all day and never give the insightful advice you do. So, when I read Willing's advice, it is so true. Your threads should be published some day. All that training as a lawyer is paying off and it will in your R too, I can feel it.
